Since opening the agency in 2017, we've grown into a team of more than 40 professionals who are committed to helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career as an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, where I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, delivering exceptional service, and building strong relationships. Those same principles continue to drive our agency today.

I'm married to my wife, Jessy, and we have two young daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing basketball, and spending time with my family. I'm also passionate about giving back and staying involved in our community through partnerships with local organizations and community initiatives.

One of the things I'm most proud of is the culture we've built. Our agency motto is simple "Protect people, make money, and have fun while doing it!" We believe in doing what's right for our customers so there are no surprises when they need us most. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lee Hudson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
